Shaping the future as an “Industry 4.0 Specialist”
The 10-day AHK Certificate Programme in Industry 4.0, in collaboration with our esteemed partners Bosch Rexroth Regional Training Centre, NTUC Learning Hub, SICK Asia, and HRAct has provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of key concepts and practical applications in the rapidly evolving landscape of modern industry.
This programme covers the essential components of Industry 4.0, provides insights into the basic principles, explores pathways for innovative business models and provides a deep understanding of system topology and process chains. Through a mix of theory and practical application, participants will gain knowledge in specific Industry 4.0 applications ranging from manual to fully automated production environments. In addition, emphasis is placed on ensuring data security throughout the implementation process. In addition, participants will gain valuable insights into emerging trends and future working methods within the digital landscape.
The course focuses on:
- Understanding the fundamentals of Industry 4.0
- Realising new opportunities for new business models by implementing Industry 4.0
- Understanding of the system topology and the entire process chain
- Specific Industry 4.0 applications and practical implementation examples from different production areas, ranging from manual workplaces to fully automated production and being able to transfer these examples into the own production
- Data security in the implementation of Industry 4.0
- Insight into future working methods in the digital world
The SGC Certificate Course comprises five consecutive training modules with a total of 104 teaching units (TUs) which also includes the SGC (AHK) examination. We estimate that participants will need to invest 10-15 % additional time for self-study and to prepare for the final module!
