Our ICI Meeting was an insightful session with guest speaker, Mr Mark Chussil, Founder and CEO of Advanced Competitive Strategies, Inc. Known for his expertise in conducting business strategy simulations for Fortune 500 companies globally, Mr Chussil addressed the critical role of pricing simulations in facilitating sound decision-making for businesses.

During the meeting, Mr Chussil highlighted the crucial nature of pricing strategy, emphasising that a significant number of businesses encounter challenges and failures directly attributable to their pricing approach. He shed light on the common tendency among business professionals to adopt a mindset of playing not to lose rather than playing to win when entering the competitive landscape.
