Join our German Week Celebration on May 6th to 10th, 2024, for an exclusive showcase of excellence of SGC member companies and cultural institutions. Procedure of your personal Open House experience:
Each day, multiple SGC members at a time will graciously open their doors to you.

With parallel sessions running, the choice is yours! Tailor your experience by selecting the sessions that align with your interests and schedule and register accordingly.

Important:

  • Please be mindful that registrations will be processed on a first-come-first served basis and that Open House location varies with the participating SGC members. The SGC reserves the right to decline your registration.
  • Participants are responsible for their own transport.

Monday, 6 May

10.30 am - 11.15 am InterContinental Singapore, a luxury 5-star hotel; participants will have the opportunity to a tour in the hotel.
11.30 am - 1.00pm Opening German Week, opening programme thereafter Buffet lunch will be served.
2 pm – 4 pm Hong Bao Media specialises in providing comprehensive media and presentation coaching tailored to their clients’ needs
2 pm – 4 pm Tiramizoo, is a leading provider of Transport Management System solutions, streamlining last-mile delivery

Tuesday, 7 May

10 am – 12 pm

ALBA, is leading Singapore’s e-waste management and recycling as a dedicated Producer Responsibility Scheme operator.

10 am – 12 pm SICK, stands as a premier global provider of sensors and sensor solutions for industrial automation applications.
2 pm – 4 pm DeutscheTelekom, the most valuable telco brands globally, offers a comprehensive range of telecommunications and IT services and solutions.
2 pm – 4.45 pm Witron, is a system integrator, operator, and logistics service provider for our customers, to whom it promises a delivery service.
4 pm – 8 pm Jungheinrich, is one of the world's leading companies in the material handling equipment, warehousing and material flow engineering sectors.

Wednesday, 8 May

10 am – 12 pm Liebherr, consists of over 130 companies organized into 11 divisions and is one of the world's largest manufacturers of construction machinery.
10 am – 12 pm Karcher, known for its high-pressure cleaners, floor care equipment, and other cleaning related systems.
2 pm – 4 pm Hager, providing complete elec­trical infra­struc­ture solu­tions for all types of build­ings and homes.
2 pm – 4 pm Continental, specialising in advanced technologies and solutions shaping the future of mobility and beyond.
2 pm – 4 pm HIMA, independent provider of safety-related automation solutions.
5 pm – 7 pm German Embassy reception (by invitation only), the official representation of the Federal Government of Germany in Singapore.
7 pm – 9 pm Melchers (Steinway Gallery @ION),  a service-oriented company that exists to identify, source and supply quality products and services to selected market segments.

Thursday, 9 May

10 am – 12 pm Start2 Group, dedicated to being the springboard of your startup at every stage and connecting you with influential partners, customers and investors.
2 pm – 4 pm TUM Asia, dedicated to generating and communicating highly specialised research and to providing excellent academic education.
2 pm – 5 pm

German Centre,  unites German and regional market players of future-oriented industries under one roof.

6 pm – 10 pm

LBBW/ German Centre evening (by invitation only)

LBBW, an established contact point for companies and institutional customers from the entire Asia/Pacific region.

Friday, 10 May

10 am – 12 pm Singaporean-German Chamber of Industry & Commerce (SGC), first point of contact for German-Singaporean business relations.
10.00 am – 6 pm Paulaner Braeuhaus Singapore tour (hourly, 9 slots), Singapore's only German microbrewery & restaurant.
2 pm – 4 pm TÜV SÜD, going beyond regulatory compliance, it inspires trust in a physical and digital world to create a safer and more sustainable future.
4 pm - 7 pm

Goethe-Institut (2 time slots), promotes knowledge of the German language abroad and foster international cultural cooperation, in collaboration with German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) Information Point Singapore
